What to report

• A wrong forecast. The fastest way is the thumbs up or down on the beach page, while you are there: it arrives with the data of that moment and helps us correct the shelter of that beach.
• A missing beach or a wrong name. Send us the name and the town, or a map link.
• Jellyfish, algae, weever fish. Use the reports in the app, from the beach page: they show up on the map right away for whoever comes after you.
• A lido or a business. The free listing is requested from the Business page.
• Press, partnerships, data. By email, with a few lines on what you need.

Response times

Emails are read by Tullio, not by an automated system. We usually reply within a few days; in summer and at weekends it may take a little longer. If a report concerns a forecast, we check it before replying.

What we cannot do

We do not give opinions on the safety of a beach on a given day: forecasts are an indication, and the orders of the Harbour Master's Office and the lido flags count more than any model. We do not measure water quality, which is the job of the regional environmental agencies.
