Offshore, waves of 0,20 m are forecast; 0,14 m reach the shore: 30% less, because offshore, waves arriving from different directions add up, and only the one facing the beach gets in.
On 30 September Punta del Duce has a calm sea, 0,14 m wave at the shore.
Punta del Duce faces east. The Ponente wind comes off the land and keeps the wave down, the Levanter wind raises it.
