Offshore, waves of 0,22 m are forecast; 0,15 m reach the shore: 32% less, because offshore, waves arriving from different directions add up, and only the one facing the beach gets in.
On 30 September Punta della Garretta has a calm sea, 0,15 m wave at the shore.
Punta della Garretta faces south-southwest. The Tramontana wind comes off the land and keeps the wave down, the Ostro wind raises it.
