Offshore, waves of 0,20 m are forecast; 0,10 m reach the shore: 50% less, because offshore, waves arriving from different directions add up, and only the one facing the beach gets in.
On 30 September Punta della Guardia Vecchia has a calm sea, 0,10 m wave at the shore.
Punta della Guardia Vecchia faces northeast. The Libeccio wind comes off the land and keeps the wave down, the Gregale wind raises it.
