Offshore, waves of 0,18 m are forecast; 0,14 m reach the shore: 22% less, because offshore, waves arriving from different directions add up, and only the one facing the beach gets in.
On 30 September Punta della Salina has a calm sea, 0,14 m wave at the shore.
Punta della Salina faces east-southeast. The Mistral wind comes off the land and keeps the wave down, the Sirocco wind raises it.
