Offshore, waves of 0,28 m are forecast; 0,14 m reach the shore: 50% less, because the wave arrives at an angle, not head on.
The Levanter wind at 15 km/h runs along the shore: it does not raise the wave. Today's wave is mixed: part raised by the local wind, part arriving from far away. Even when the wind eases it does not disappear entirely.

Cala Girgolu faces north. The Ostro wind comes off the land and keeps the wave down, the Tramontana wind raises it.
