Offshore, waves of 0,18 m are forecast; 0,15 m reach the shore: 17% less, because offshore, waves arriving from different directions add up, and only the one facing the beach gets in.
The wind blows from the Libeccio at 11 km/h: it comes off the sea and pushes the wave ashore. The wave is raised by the wind: it comes in short, one close after another, and drops as soon as the wind eases.
