Offshore, waves of 0,14 m are forecast; 0,02 m reach the shore: 86% less, because the wave arrives at an angle, not head on.
The coast also screens that sector, so the little that gets in is already damped. The Ponente wind at 11 km/h runs along the shore: it does not raise the wave. Today's wave is mixed: part raised by the local wind, part arriving from far away. Even when the wind eases it does not disappear entirely.
Today Trave has a flat sea, 0,02 m wave at the shore. Water at 29°.
Trave faces northeast. The Libeccio wind comes off the land and keeps the wave down, the Gregale wind raises it.
