Offshore, waves of 0,44 m are forecast; 0,21 m reach the shore: 52% less, because the wave arrives at an angle, not head on.
The Mistral wind at 16 km/h runs along the shore: it does not raise the wave. Today's wave is mixed: part raised by the local wind, part arriving from far away. Even when the wind eases it does not disappear entirely.
