Offshore, waves of 0,32 m are forecast; 0,27 m reach the shore: 16% less, because offshore, waves arriving from different directions add up, and only the one facing the beach gets in.
The wind blows from the Mistral at 14 km/h: it comes off the sea and pushes the wave ashore. The wave is raised by the wind: it comes in short, one close after another, and drops as soon as the wind eases.

Chiaia dei Porci faces west. The Levanter wind comes off the land and keeps the wave down, the Ponente wind raises it.
