Offshore, waves of 0,50 m are forecast; 0,10 m reach the shore: 80% less, because the wave arrives at an angle, not head on.
The coast also screens that sector, so the little that gets in is already damped.
On 4 September Piscinì has a calm sea, 0,10 m wave at the shore.
Piscinì faces west-southwest. The Levanter wind comes off the land and keeps the wave down, the Ponente wind raises it.
