Offshore, waves of 0,18 m are forecast; 0,13 m reach the shore: 28% less, because offshore, waves arriving from different directions add up, and only the one facing the beach gets in.
On 4 September Punta Corone has a calm sea, 0,13 m wave at the shore.
Punta Corone faces south. The Tramontana wind comes off the land and keeps the wave down, the Ostro wind raises it.
