Offshore, waves of 0,10 m are forecast; 0,05 m reach the shore: 50% less, because the wave arrives at an angle, not head on.
On 29 September Punta del Passaggio has a flat sea, 0,05 m wave at the shore.
Punta del Passaggio faces northwest. The Sirocco wind comes off the land and keeps the wave down, the Mistral wind raises it.
