Offshore, waves of 0,60 m are forecast; 0,22 m reach the shore: 63% less, because offshore, waves arriving from different directions add up, and only the one facing the beach gets in.
On 1 September Punta Fossanove has a sea with a few waves, 0,22 m wave at the shore.
Punta Fossanove faces west-southwest. The Levanter wind comes off the land and keeps the wave down, the Ponente wind raises it.
