Offshore, waves of 0,44 m are forecast; 0,19 m reach the shore: 57% less, because the wave arrives at an angle, not head on.
The wind blows from the Ostro at 11 km/h: it comes off the sea and pushes the wave ashore. Today's wave is mixed: part raised by the local wind, part arriving from far away. Even when the wind eases it does not disappear entirely.
Today Salette has a calm sea, 0,19 m wave at the shore. Water at 29°.
Salette faces south-southwest. The Gregale wind comes off the land and keeps the wave down, the Libeccio wind raises it.
