Offshore, waves of 0,16 m are forecast; 0,03 m reach the shore: 81% less, because the wave arrives at an angle, not head on.
The coast also screens that sector, so the little that gets in is already damped.
On 3 September San Simone has a flat sea, 0,03 m wave at the shore.
San Simone faces southwest. The Gregale wind comes off the land and keeps the wave down, the Libeccio wind raises it.
