Offshore, waves of 0,26 m are forecast; 0,21 m reach the shore: 19% less, because offshore, waves arriving from different directions add up, and only the one facing the beach gets in.
The wind blows from the Tramontana at 18 km/h: it comes off the sea and pushes the wave ashore. The wave is raised by the wind: it comes in short, one close after another, and drops as soon as the wind eases.
