Offshore, waves of 0,14 m are forecast; 0,04 m reach the shore: 71% less, because the coast screens the sector the wave comes from.
On 4 September Punta Chiappa has a flat sea, 0,04 m wave at the shore.
Punta Chiappa faces west-southwest. The Levanter wind comes off the land and keeps the wave down, the Ponente wind raises it.
