Offshore, waves of 0,50 m are forecast; 0,20 m reach the shore: 60% less, because offshore, waves arriving from different directions add up, and only the one facing the beach gets in.
On 29 September Torre Pozelle has a calm sea, 0,20 m wave at the shore.
Torre Pozelle faces north-northeast. The Ostro wind comes off the land and keeps the wave down, the Tramontana wind raises it.
